I'm Pam and I decided that 2014 is the year that I'm going to change my life. Two of the main reasons I need a change is I'm type 2 diabetic and overweight. I MUST get my weight and sugar levels in control.
I started with It Works Global in January and the three months that I have been involved in this amazing company it has changed my life. I have met so many incredible people and made some amazing friends! Along with beginning a healthier lifestyle.
